After installing the guys turned on the washer, however they did not stay until the 15 min cycle completed! When it started to spin it made a very loud bumping noise, the installers refused to come back, I had to make an appointment for a service technician. In the meantime I found it would only wash with hot water, nor does it spin with small loads. Now I have to wait another 2-1/2 weeks for a new unit. Keeping my fingers crossed the next one will work correctly! Right now I am very disappointed! ??

We have been using the Electrolux for about a month now and so far it is pretty good. Still trying to figure out what setting works best for us. The only negative and could not give a 5 for this is the lip on the washer gets smaller items such at socks or wash cloths stuck and they do not spin and are very wet.

Was supposed to get hoses included. However all we got were the 5' steam kit for the dryer. And our dryer isnt even one that has a steam option ??. What is even the point???
