I had no idea how to get replacement parts for my GE refrigerator. I searched and found a QR code inside my fridge. Scanned it and up came everything I needed specifically for my unit. I ordered the shelves, they came in a few days and I snapped them in. Easy peasy.

I ordered two of these as the ones in my current refrigerator had become cracked after continued use of closing the door grabbing onto them. The replacements came in quickly, the old popped out easily and the new popped in easily, look great and work perfect.

It fit well as is supposed to. But it is SUPER, SUPER, SUPER EXPENSIVE. It a 2 part purchase which make RIDICULOUS the way I see it…. But I rather paid the $86.00 than listen to my wife calling me cheap. A bin shouldn't be 17% of the total cost of a refrigerator. But happy wife, happy life and sad pocket.

The part was just as expected. Be aware that the replacement piece will likely be clearer and brighter than the rest of the ones in your fridge if you've had it for a few years. Other than that, everything was as expected. Perfect fit.

This clear panel is especially nice when it's not cracked. Two of my panels had little cracks, and the QR code inside the fridge took me right to the place to order replacements. Easy to install and now the door compartments look good as new.

The required part was ordered on line. The request was immediately acknowledged and I was informed when the part would be shipped. I was told when the part was shipped. The part arrived on time and in good shape and is now safely resting in the refrigerator as it should be.
