Dripping water/ice dispenser

Has dual ice makers. Ice is irregularly shaped making me more fearful of the dreaded ice maker defects. The external water and ice dispenser drips water after use.which needs to be wiped from the non draining tray after each use.

I replaced a smaller refrigerator that didn't have an ice maker. Now I have 2 ice makers and they put out a lot of ice. I'll never have to fill ice cube trays again! In addition, there is a lot more room on the inside of the fridge and freezer. Having a drawer to put drinks, snacks or meats/seafood in is a big plus as those things usually take up a lot of space. Loving it so far!

Easy installation and set up via Lowes delivery. Very spacious inside. Icemaker makes plenty of ice. Only concern is that items placed near the back of the fridge tend to freeze.

My wife purchased this refrigerator over a year ago. She bought it because we wanted an ice maker. It has yet to dispence 1 cube of ice. WE have called many times and you have sent technicians 5 times. each time they say the ice makers are crap, replace a part and go. the ice maker still does not work. I am on the phone now for the last time trying to schedule another repair appointment. If this time does not work, you win, i give up. I will then trash your companies name anywhere and everywhere i possibly can.

We are so elated about pur new Frigidaire Refrigerator. The very spa-cious interior compartments and condiments racks inside of the doors, support the vast array of condiments and spices I cook with. My husband especially like that the filter is easily accessible in the Upper area of the fridge, and he won't have to.crawl.around on his knees to access it for replacement anymore. We really like the deli drawer/drink drawer feature that can keep.our sodas nice and cool. The freezer has plenty of room, and the top drawers are perfect for that pie shell, or desert in the casserole that may need cooling. We are overjoyed about the sleek look it gives our kitchen, and are totally enamored with our 2nd Frigidaire pur have. Our first was a stove with an air-fryer feature. Thanks beto God for well-made products.we hope and pray these will be our last big ticket purchases as we are both in our 60th year. Our previous refrigerator was an LG that was brand new when we got it, came with the new build home we purchased. After only four years, the compressor went out and the cost to repair would™€™ve been close to $2,000 when all said and done, with the compressor being covered. Give that it doesn™€™t make sense to repair it when we could buy new and get an extended warranty, we decided on the french door Frigidaire Gallery. It™€™s be great so far and we will never go back to another LG appliance again. Thank you, Frigidaire and thank you Lowe™€™s for selling it to us.

Our new Frigidaire French Door refrigerator looks great in our kitchen. More than that though is the layout of the interior. It holds all of the items and we really like the adjustability of the shelving. We can set the meat and vegetable drawers so they keep everything fresh and crispy. We highly recommend this appliance if you are looking to replace your refrigerator because of looks, functionality and price. Compared to others it was very affordable.

Never had a refrigerator fall apart before.

Bought in 2012. Poor materials. Interior ceiling bubbled and cracked. Non-stick coating in ice maker flaked off and became incorporated into ice supply. Magnets in doors fell out of rubber gaskets. Freezer parts rusted- all within 5 years of owning it. We have limped along without use of ice maker and making sure doors don't pop open for a number of years now. Taped the cracks in ceiling with duct tape but it doesn't hold on bc of cold? I would submit photos but the link to do so is not working on this page. Time to get another and I will not buy another one of these.

Have only had it a few weeks. Moved around the shelves to make the area inside more useful. You can turn off the freezer ice maker if you aren™€™t using that much ice and I only use the ice in the door. So far so good. I™€™ll try to up date in 90 days.

We really love our new Frigidaire Gallery fridge!! We love all the space and how much light is inside of it. The only two complains would be water drips from the water dispenser in the door and also there is a sharp corner at the bottom of one of the fridge doors that you can get scraped on when you are reaching into the freezer.

Drawers that you CANNOT CLEAN!

I do not understand who designed this refrigerator but clearly it was someone who has never cleaned one. You need to remove screws to get the shelves clean (seriously!) and on the drawers there is a section spills and crumbs get caught and the area is inaccessible. So, I am stuck with the front bottom of my drawers looking filthy and there is not way to remove the trapped crumbs. How absurd!

Our Gallery fridge is a nice appliance. We did have to get an Electrolux technician out to level the doors since we could never get them level based on instructions in owners manual. We also asked him about the noises the fridge makes; particularly from the ice maker fan. He advised that was fairly normal for our fridge. The technician was excellent and very caring. So the only downer we see so far is that fan noise. Perhaps Frigidaire could build these with enhanced insulation in that area in order to muffle that particular noise. For us that noise is a detractor.
