I really like my Frigidaire 16 cu. ft. upright freezer. It has a clean, stainless steel design that looks nice but isn™™t too flashy. It fits perfectly in my garage and works great even with the temperature changes out there.The best part is how easy it is to use. With my old chest freezer, I was always digging around trying to find stuff at the bottom. This upright freezer has 4 shelves and a bin, so everything is easy to see and reach. No more bending over and digging through piles of frozen food!

Just a week into new ownership but all seems good. About to load it up with fresh meat so we™™ll see how it goes. Reasonably quiet. If the energy rating is correct, it™™s dirt cheap to operate. Like the very visible power light so you can quickly confirm the power. Not sure yet about the racks, seem a little flimsy. Will update as we get some burn time in.

The freezer is great for our extra meat and veggies that don't fit in our fridge/freezer and fits perfectly in our garage. We're just trying to find the cardboard/metal cover that goes over the open area where the condenser/air flow is to prevent dirt and debris from getting caught in the fan or wires. I contacted Frigidaire but was told to contact Lowes, which is odd since Frigidaire made the freezer and should have the part I need.

Old freezer died and went shopping for a new one. This one was a nice compromise on size. Not too big not too small. Cooled down quickly and keeping things frozen rock solid. Only complaint would be the smudges and fingerprints on the stainless steel door but I knew that going in. Overall so far so good.

Would have preferred to find and then buy the Energy Star rated freezer in this 16 cu. ft. category but this option is not available from Frigidaire even though Frigidaire does have the Energy Star rated model in the largest 20 cu. ft. upright freezer category / class :(.Sale discount online was a good buy though separate haul away charge is not included. The Total Appliance Protection direct from the Manufacturer option I also purchased was the main reason to buy online versus at my local retail stores in San Diego, CA.

Our former freezer decided quit on us, so this was a bit of an emergency purchase. We are thrilled with it! Really appreciate the features on this model. Alarm if door is left ajar, light at bottom of unit makes for a great safety feature at night, roomy baskets and great door space.

I think the frigidaire garage ready upright freezer is perfect for our needs. It has multiple shelves and very roomy. I think the green light that shines from the bottom is a very good feature to let you know if the power is out.

really like the light inside the freezer it makes it easy to see everything that™™s there and I love the spacious adjustable shelves in the door compartment holds a lot of medium sized items. Also like the alarm that comes on if you have the freezer door open too long to let you know that the door is closed. The green light that shines at the bottom to let you know it™™s still plugged in and has power to the unit overall was very good purchase and very happy with the operation of this freezer. I really like the stainless steel finish.

This freezer works great and is quite. It looks good and the no smudge door is very nice. The only issues I have with it are, that the metal shelves could be a little stronger and the green power light on the front is too bright.

Love the roomy flexible shelves. The door pockets are very roomy as well! Appreciate the open door warning and blue light indicator that unit is on. Love that it is auto frost free. Appreciate the reversible door handle. The exterior is very simple and clean! Very pleased and just what I want in a garage upright freezer!

My freezer is stylish and functional. It looks great, frost free, and Huge.....I can fit 1/2 of a cow inside (reason for buying it) and still have 2-3 cubic feet left over for more. i will take advantage of all the frozen seafood, pork, beef, and anything else i can freeze.

Finally I got around to replacing our chest freezer with an upright one and can now find and organize all of my food. It is wonderful! The other one was also a Frigidaire and is still going strong after 22 years. I was just tired of defrosting it every year. I am excited and looking forward to getting many years of use out of this freezer also.
