I was so happy to find this oven/microwave. So many of these have the door on the microwave opening down, and I did not want that. Plus the size I need is not very common, so I was thrilled to find this one, and it was on sale. It looks great and is easy to use.

Love this oven because it does all the basics ™"broil, bake, convection, clean. Has easy to understand directions. The microwave has a number panel and opens from the left instead of the bottom (which so many have switched to).Does exactly what I want it to do without a lot of complicated extras. And the cost was definitely affordable compared to many other models.

We purchased the 27" electric wall oven and microwave combination when our old (original) unit bit the dust. The Frigidaire unit is so beautiful - the microwave is so quiet unlike our old one. The oven is WONDERFUL because it actually heats to the temperature we set it at (unlike our old one) and I don't know what I ever did without a convection oven - it is absolutely GREAT! So very satisfied with our purchase.

My husband says the microwave is better than our previous ones at uniformly warming the food. To be honest, I haven't used the oven yet, but I like the sleek appearance of the controls and plan to use it soon.

I recently purchased a 27" Frigidaire oven/microwave combination and I am very pleased with it thus far. I had been looking for a replacement for my previous built in but had not been able to find one in black for a long time. This product happened to be discounted during a Memorial Day sale and after reviewing other manufacturer's products, I determined this to be the best value for the price. One thing that my wife was looking for was a microwave with the door that swings open horizontally. Unfortunately, most units these days come with a microwave door that pulls down to open. That is not as convenient for a smaller person making it more difficult to reach over the door to retrieve the food that you are preparing. The microwave oven is a bit smaller than my previous unit, but it is much quieter and with 1100 watts of power, it cooks faster and more efficiently. Controls are easy to use, well laid out, and intuitive.The oven controls are also quite easy to master. I will admit that it appears to take a bit longer to get up to temperature but that is only a minor consideration in my opinion. I think it the reason for this may be because the bottom heating element is hidden underneath the oven. My previous oven had an exposed heating element. On the plus side a think the hidden element will make cleaning spills much easier. Another nice feature is that the oven is a convection oven which creates a more even heat than my previous oven. Overall, I recommend this product.

The oven stopped working after less than 5 weeks. It turns on, but it will not heat. The fan keeps running and the temperature stays at 100 F. So now I have pretty looking appliance which I cannot use.This ruined my dinner for tonight, and my plans for the whole week while I'm waiting for the first available service appointment.

A+, arrived on time, looks great, works great, microwave and oven both are super quiet. It replaced an older model, 27 year old model not Frigidaire, was concerned it wouldn't fit into the cutout w/o modifications, but it fit perfectly, no issues at all. We had to replace our 20+ year old oven microwave combo recently due to the old one going out on us. It was not a planned purchase but one we knew we'd have to do in the near future. This arrived after a month long wait. It was unboxed and brought into our home by 2 of the best delivery drivers. It has a lot of technology that our old oven combo didn't. We are getting used to it. I make our bread so the first thing I baked was bread. It turned out fine, although I will have to do a little experimenting with bake time because it was a little more brown than usual. I am sure that's because it's new and bakes so much better and keeps the temp better than my old one. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and love the new oven combo! Beautiful piece and perfect fit for us!

Purchased from an appliance store that did not have the product in stock to look at. I find both the setting panels on the microwave and the oven difficult to use and not consistent with each other. The included manual was useless. The only high point is we are moving and I won™™t have to deal with much longer.

We bought our home new, almost 40 years ago. After several repairs over the year we finally decided to replace our broken microwave/oven combination wall unit. Because we needed a 27 inch unit and we wanted it in black, we went to an appliance store who recommended this unit. It fit like a glove in our old cabinet spacing. We love all the cooking features the oven overs, and that while there is a broil element in the top, but the lower oven does not have an exposed coil while heat comes from the bottom making cleaning easier. The provided instructions for using the microwave and the oven are very clear to understand. The outside appearance of the unit is really elegant and the black finish matches up well with our other appliances. We would recommend this appliance and Frigidaire to friends and family.

Finding a 27" wall microwave/oven in black is hard to find. The microwave went out on my prior Kichenaid appliance, so I had to replace the entire unit. One thing I really like about this product is the while together, it appears the microwave plugs into the oven. So if this happens again, I hope I can just replace the microwave and not the entire unit. This is a big place. This unit was black, and not black stainless steal that tends to scratch and look bad. I did receive a random message that I needed to cut the power to the unit. But when I brought the power back on, the unit is working fine. I hope this does not happen again.

Our new Frigidaire cooks more evenly and better than our old oven. The Microwave is more powerful and heats and cooks faster. The menu controls are intuitive and easy to use. I do wish the timer beeper when done was louder, even on the loudest volume setting it is fairly quiet. Convection bake works very well. And aesthetically it is pleasing and fits into our decor (we got the black unit). It fit into the existing cutout for a 27 inch oven without modification.

The oven would not work as the control panel was defective. Microwave oven works. The people who installed were going to get a replacement control panel. They said they got 2 parts out of five needed for the control panel after 8 days of ordering it. The salesman I dealt with offered to replace the whole unit on September 2nd. I had no other choice. I accepted it. So, 4 for weeks (date installed was 08/05/2023) we cannot do any baking.

We like the oven portion of this combination but the microwave portion doesn't work. Whatever we are trying to cook/thaw/warm the machine turns off after a matter of seconds.We have contacted Best Buy for help but are referred to you.

I am absolutely over the top with my appliance. Due to the disaster with Covid, I waited almost 3 years for delivery. Bought this model after waiting 7 months on another model which was backordered for 7 months (black stainless steel). This was the only model 27 inch width in stock (black). Love convection mode on the oven. Can now bake 2 sheets of cookies at once. Oven area is deeper than my previous oven. Oven temperature accurate, needed no adjustment. Only complaint is surface areas are not smudge-proof. Almost impossible to keep clean looking.

Although we waited nine months from ordering to get delivery and installation, the look and operation of this oven/micro combo complement our other kitchen appliances. Frigidaire also was the best value in this category - competitive brands are substantially more expensive. While it took two oven cycles to clear out the "factory smell," otherwise, the oven performs well. The circulation fan ensures that food is cooked evenly. The microwave is large and has a rotating glass tray that facilitates balanced heating. Installation was difficult (and cost more) because the connecting cable was shorter than the installer had encountered on other brands. All in all, we are pleased with this appliance, our first Frigidaire purchase, and will consider Frigidaire first when the need to replace another kitchen appliance arises.

Ordered this in April and arrived in January. Just got it installed and oven doesn't heat. Its been impossible for the last 10 months to get ahold of someone at Frigidaire who knows what they are talking about. Doubt someone at Frigidaire knows how to troubleshoot it.

Although it took nine months from order to delivery to install this 27" wall oven/microwave, it was worth the wait. The oven is versatile, and the microwave is large and efficient. The only issue was installation due to the length of the connecting electrical cord. It was shorter than the connector on the GE wall oven that was being replaced, such that the connection box did not lay flat in its place in the back kitchen wall. The installer had to enlarge the wall cutout by removing a large piece of drywall and part of a wall stud so the connector box would tuck in and allow the new oven to slide in correctly.

Electrical conduit with wiring (for hard wiring) that came with the appliance is too short. I have installed similar units and the cords are typically about 48 inches long, some even longer. The one I received in 28 inches long. With a minimal distance to the back plane of 24 inches this is not sufficient length to wire the product. Attempted customer support number 3 x told each time no one available and was cut off, went to chat and was cut off in middle of call. Tried to use chat again currently does not work it appears?

The unit works great, but after waiting 11+ months for it to arrive the factory installed the wrong fan blade for the oven convection fan. I hope it does take another 11+ months for the correct fan blade to arrive.
